At Empowerment and Equity Through Education (EETE), we believe that lasting change begins with opportunity, and opportunity starts with education.
Our work is driven by a simple purpose: to empower children, youth, and families through access to learning, mentorship, and care.
Since 2006, we have expanded our mission beyond classrooms to reach communities in need, delivering resources, knowledge, and hope across Guyana, the Caribbean, and the United States.
Our Key Focus Areas
- Education for All
We help children in underserved areas gain better learning access through school supplies and support.
From textbooks and teaching aids to uniforms and learning materials, EETE ensures that every child, regardless of background, has the tools to thrive academically and personally.
- Women & Youth Empowerment
We equip women and youth with leadership and life skills that build confidence and growth.
Through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and personal development workshops, we help them unlock their potential and create sustainable livelihoods.
- Health & Humanitarian Support
We provide health supplies and education to support well-being in communities.
EETE distributes hygiene kits, medical supplies, and care packages while promoting personal health, sanitation, and wellness in both rural and urban areas.
- Community Outreach
We engage communities through education and volunteer programs that build unity.
Our outreach extends from Coney Island, New York, to Georgetown, Guyana, supporting families with school drives, relief efforts, and youth engagement activities that strengthen community ties.
- Digital Literacy & College Prep
We prepare students for success through digital training and learning support.
Our programs equip young learners with essential technology skills, college preparation, and mentorship that open doors to higher education and modern opportunities.
- Global Aid & Relief
